- Landing Fees will apply in addition.
- $200 deposit will be charged at time of confirmation.
- Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit deposit.
- If weather prohibits flight proceeding, deposit will be transferred to future booking.
- Minimum charge of 2 hours per day when taking aircraft overnight.
- For longer flights and multi-day hires, minimum day hire charge or 80% of anticipated flight time to be flown, whichever is greater, will be charged at time of aircraft collection.
- Pilots must be suitably qualified and demonstrate proficiency prior to first hire.
